Hi,there!
I recently visited the CHAORAS tie-dye factory.
My heart is filled with excitement and emotion, and I am overflowing with gratitude to everyone who has helped me to produce CHAORAS.
I’d like to share some of that overflow with you here.
If you are interested in tie-dyeing, please read on.
Tie-dyeing procedure
First fold the dough in four and centre it.
Pinch and lift the centre to form clean folds.
He has done this for hundreds one by one.
Once it has been prepared in the air to some extent, it further moulded on a platform.
Very careful handwork
Fold over the edges to make it the perfect size for the dyeing machine.
The moulded products are then carefully set into the machine one by one.
In this machine, dyes, also artisanally blended, are poured.
When dyed, we can see a beautiful colours.
Huh. Beautiful…
The dyed pieces are then neatly laid out on a board so that they do not get dirty from touching each other,
Steaming, washing, drying… The process continues.
And this beautiful product is the result.
Thank you,
Maki
